The workshop is bustling, the reindeer are training, and the elves are painting the final touches on the toy trains. It is my favorite time of year.

But amidst all the hustle and bustle, there is one thing I love more than anything else: connecting with you.

While I cherish every single letter that arrives in my mailroom, there is something truly special about hearing a child's voice. The excited gasp when I say their name, the shy giggles, and the earnest questions about Rudolph or the elves.

That is why I am thrilled to announce that my personal phone lines are now open for the season!

This is Not a Recording.

When you book a call with Santa Claus Live, you aren't getting a pre-recorded message. You are booking a dedicated time for a real, live conversation with me, Robert Ayres.

As a grandfather myself, and after years of voicing beloved characters for LeapFrog and Disney, I know that the magic is in the listening. I want to hear about your child’s year. I want to praise them for being brave at the dentist or helpful with their baby sister. I want to answer their questions in real-time.

Choose Your Magical Moment

We have created two special ways to connect this year, designed to fit every family:

1. The "Merry Minute" Call ($49.95)

• Perfect for: One child or a quick magical check-in.

• This is a burst of pure North Pole joy! In this approximately 5-minute call, I will greet your little one by name, talk about a few special details from the form you fill out when you book your call, and give them some cheerful encouragement for the big night ahead.

2. The "North Pole" Call ($64.95)

• Perfect for: Families with 2-3 children, or a truly immersive chat.

• This is our premium experience. For about 10 mins, we can have a real, unhurried conversation. There is time for me to chat individually with siblings, tell a short story from the stables, and answer all those burning questions about life at the Pole.

Do you have more than 3 children? Ho ho ho! That's a house full of joy! To make sure I have plenty of time to chat with everyone, please send a special request directly to me at santa@santaclaus-live.com and my helpers and I will arrange a custom, extended call for your family.

Important: Slots are Limited!

Because these are live calls made personally by me from my workshop, there are only so many hours in the day (even with a little Christmas time-magic!).

Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. I highly recommend booking your slot early to ensure we can connect before the sleigh takes off.
