Our company, SantaClaus-Live.com, creates personalized Santa Claus letters, phone calls and videos for children based on information voluntarily provided by parents or legal guardians. We are committed to protecting your family’s privacy and complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We collect only the information necessary to personalize your child’s experience, such as:

Child’s first name and age
Child’s gender (optional)
Gift wish list or interests
Accomplishments, hobbies, or special notes you provide
Parent or guardian’s name and contact information (email, phone, address for delivery)

We do not collect information directly from children. All data is provided voluntarily by the parent or guardian.

We use the information solely to:

Create and deliver personalized Santa phone calls, videos or letters
Communicate with parents or guardians about their order
Provide customer support and updates related to the product

We do not use children’s information for advertising, profiling, or sharing with third parties for marketing.

(For now, our elves are only able to ship magic within the US.)
