The "Merry Minute" Call (Approx. 4-5 Minutes) - $49.95

This is a perfect, focused moment of magic. Santa will greet your child by name, celebrate a special accomplishment, and ask about their Christmas wish. Robert is an expert at guiding the call—if your child is shy, he's ready with a cheerful North Pole story to keep the wonder alive. (This call length is ideal for one child.)

The "North Pole" Call (Approx. 10 Minutes) - $64.95

This un-rushed, immersive call allows Santa to weave in multiple details from your form, ask engaging questions, and create a deep, memorable connection. It's a genuine conversation filled with warmth and wonder. (This call length is perfect for families with 2 or 3 children, allowing Santa time to chat with each.)

Have more than 3 children? Ho ho ho! That's a house full of joy! Please contact us directly before booking so we can arrange a special, extended call to ensure Santa has plenty of time to chat with everyone!

Then, Robert personally reviews every single detail before your call. He doesn't just glance at it—he prepares. He's ready with personal anecdotes and gentle questions.

This is why he's "The Quintessential Santa." If your child is shy or quiet, Robert is an expert at guiding the call. He has warm, cheerful North Pole stories ready to keep the wonder alive, ensuring a comfortable, magical, and 100% believable conversation.

🔔 A Partner in Magic: An Important Note for Parents

For your child's safety, comfort, and to ensure the most magical experience, we require that an adult be present and easily accessible for the entire duration of the call.

You are the 'Head Elf' on the ground! If your child is shy, you'll be right there to give them a nod of encouragement. This is a shared, family memory, and your presence is a key part of it.

Schedule Your Magic: After purchase, you'll receive a link to our secure calendar. You'll book a 1-hour arrival window (e.g., 9 AM - 10 AM) that gives Santa flexibility in his busy schedule.
Share the Details: You'll receive our "North Pole Questionnaire" to fill out with all the special details that will make your call magical.
Get Ready for the Call! Our "Head Elf" will send you a text message 5-10 minutes before Santa is ready to dial.
The Magic Happens! Gather your child (and your camera!) and get ready for a call from the "Official North Pole Line"—a memory that will sparkle long after the holidays are over.

🗓️ Our "Life Happens" & Cancellation Policy

We are so honored to be a part of your family's Christmas. We believe in magic, and we also believe in being clear, fair, and understanding.

Because every one of our products is a 1-of-1 custom creation that requires significant, personal time from our artists and Santa (Robert), we have created a policy that is as flexible as possible.

This is a personal, magical appointment. When you book your call, Santa (Robert) personally sets aside that time in his busy schedule exclusively for your family. He reviews your child's special file and prepares just for your call. This makes that time slot unavailable to any other child.

If Your Plans Change (Cancellations): We know that even holiday plans can change in a flurry! If you need to cancel your call, we can offer a full refund as long as you let our workshop know at least 48 hours (two days) before the start of your 1-hour scheduled window.

A quick note on why: This 48-hour notice gives our Head Elf just enough time to work some scheduling magic, adjust Santa's busy list, and offer that cherished, open spot to another wonderful child who is waiting.

Our "Life Happens" Policy (Rescheduling): We know that life with children is unpredictable! If you need to reschedule, we are happy to move your call one (1) time for free. We just ask that you please notify us at least 12 hours before the start of your 1-hour window. This is our "sick toddler" rule, and it gives us just enough time to adjust Santa's busy schedule.

Missed Magical Moments: This is the one that makes Santa sad. We are so sorry, but we are unable to offer a refund or a free reschedule for:

Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours' notice.
A missed call (a "no-show") during your 1-hour window.
A Note from the Workshop: When this happens, Santa (Robert) was in his studio, with your child's file in hand, excitedly waiting for the call. Because that special, personal time was held just for them, we are unable to offer a refund for missed appointments.
