A New Treasure from the Workshop: Introducing The North Pole Heirloom Letter

Ho ho ho! There is nothing quite like a personal message from the North Pole.

It’s a tradition I’ve held dear for a long, long time. In fact, many years ago—long before it was a common trend—I had the great joy of being an early pioneer of personalized digital messages, recording special videos and making magical phone calls for families. The memory of the joy it brought has always stayed with me.

Back then, the technology was new, but the magic was timeless.

And yet, my Head Elf, Bernard, and I have always missed the feel of real paper, the scent of ink, and the weight of a letter written with care. In a world of fleeting pixels, we wanted to create something different. Something your child can hold in their hands. 

Something your family can place in a memory box and rediscover years from now, the magic just as potent as the day it arrived.

That is why I am so overjoyed to announce a new, tangible piece of magic from Santa Claus Live: The North Pole Heirloom Letter.

This is not a template.

I want to be very clear about this, ho ho ho. This is not a common letter where an elf just changes a name. Just as I do for my other special messages, I will personally read every single detail you share with me in your special form—all about your child's wonderful achievements, their pets, their siblings, and even what they dream of being when they grow up.

Then, I will sit down at my desk and write a completely unique, one-of-a-kind letter from scratch, just for them.

Crafted with North Pole Care

Every part of this letter is designed to be a true heirloom:

• The Letter: Your child's personal story will be printed on beautiful, old-fashioned, US-letter-sized paper, which has a custom foil logo from my workshop. It is then signed in real, flowing ink by me.

• The Presentation: The letter is folded in three and bound with a dark red velvet ribbon—my favorite!

• The Envelope: It’s placed in a premium, handmade cotton envelope and sealed on the back with a real wax seal, pressed with my official North Pole insignia.

• The Delivery: The entire treasure is shipped to your home in a sturdy, rigid mailer to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready for its magical discovery.

An Even More Magical Addition: The Official Nice List Certificate

As a special option, you can also include your child's official "Nice List Certificate." This 5x7 certificate is printed on heavy cardstock, adorned with a special foiled stamp, and personalized with your child's name. As proof of its authenticity, it is co-signed in real ink by both myself and my very particular Head Elf, Bernard.
